Jury Verdict for Red Hat and Novell in Acacia Case

A jury returned a verdict in favor of defendants Red Hat and Novell in a patent infringement lawsuit filed in 2007 by a famour non-practicing entity, Acacia.  The patents at issue were found invalid.  Red Hat's announcement appears here.
